North Carolina deputies say a high school librarian has been harassing her for months after a student sent her nude photos.
Tyrrell County deputies said Casey Davenport turned herself in to the Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 5. She was charged with five charges. Sexual acts with studentsIndecent liberties of a minor, distribution of material harmful to a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The incident happened over several months in 2022, the sheriff’s office said on its Facebook page.
During that time, Davenport sexually assaulted and sent nude photos to a student, a sheriff’s office detective told McClatchy News. The case involved a student.

Davenport is being held on a $100,000 secured bond, the sheriff’s office said.
Tyrrell County is about 160 miles east of Raleigh.
