“When you’re cooking, put a few drops of ice water on them and that will irritate them,” she said.

And Parton sat down with Insider on Zoom to talk about her new candy line Duncan Hines Last year, she revealed that she has a special hack to make her scrambled eggs perfectly smooth.
While Martha Stewart swears by cooking her scrambled eggs in clarified butter.Parton believes that all you need is some ice water.
“Someone told me this once and it works,” Parton said. “When you crack your eggs in the box, if you want to scramble them, use ice water. Put a few drops of ice water on them while you cook them and that will scramble them—it really does!”
“So put some ice water in that, it’ll do it for you,” she added.
While eggs are always included in Parton’s Southern breakfast, she said she mixes in anything else on the menu.
“I make French toast on Sunday, and I like that with bacon,” she said. “This is not a diet now, mind you.”
Parton says she always uses white bread for her French toast, and she also likes to make gravy and biscuits for her husband.
If she’s whipping up a weekend lunch instead, Parton goes with pinto beans and fils. Corn bread.
“I just cook what comes to mind and what I want,” she said. “I can cook anything!”
When Parton isn’t in the kitchen, she and Carl Dean like to go to fast food restaurants, she told Insider. including Taco Bell. Parton says she’s a big fan of Mexican pizza.Taco Bell removed it from its menu in November 2020. In February 2022, she told Insider that she thought Taco Bell should bring back — The chain did just that last May.
