Last week on Tonight, John Oliver overruled Judge Matthew Kaczmaric and ruled against the abortion pill.

Look, ending access to mifepristone by itself will not completely stop abortion, it is possible to do without mifepristone, but it can be more difficult and more painful, and mifepristone is not only for abortion, it is an important tool for treating miscarriage. As with many contraceptive measures, this decision can seriously affect even those with medical problems due to an unwanted pregnancy.

Now there were many appeals in this case and the Supreme Court just stepped in and stayed Kaksmaric’s order until at least next Wednesday, so a lot is up in the air here, but the dream team that overturned it is not good. Roe v. Wade May will soon decide whether it will be greenlit as a follow-up because it is clear that overturning Roe is never a return to the states, it is always a step toward outright banning abortion, and the fact that essential health care has been thrown into chaos is unforgettable and frustrating. Everyone because of this bad logical decisions [ __ ] Male.
Abortion in this country seems to be a Schrodinger’s right. The people who do and don’t live at the same time feel what the judge in the White House and the thousand* marriages in America feel. That’s why it’s so important that it happens.
To be properly protected and recognized as a fundamental human right in the constitution.

Legalizing abortion is the only way to protect privacy and liberty in this country. Oliver was right. Ideally, reproductive freedom would be added to the constitution, but the chances of that happening are slim.
For decades, Republicans complained about activist judges until they came to power, and then judicial activism was used to undermine public interest and the law of the land.
